Ilsiiar Kartasheva

I completed my eyelash extension training in April 2011 in Ufa, Russia. At that time, the lash industry was just beginning to grow, and I quickly built a strong reputation in my city. I continuously invested in advanced education and professional development to refine my skills. Drawing on my experience, I developed my own educational materials and began training aspiring lash artists. I collaborated with the Ufa branch of Ecole Beauty Academy, where I taught beginner courses, volume lash extension courses, and in-person masterclasses. I was invited to serve as a judge at international beauty competitions, including the Stella Championships Beauty International Championship and the STAR WORLD International Beauty Festival. I am a full member of the Beauty Industry Association in Almaty, Kazakhstan, and a full member of the International Association of Beauty Industry Professionals in Moscow, Russian Federation. Within the past six months, I earned first place at the TE’ORA Beauty Online Championship and first place at the Global USA International Beauty Championship. I would be honored to become a member of your association and continue growing as a beauty professional through ongoing education, collaboration, and the exchange of experience with fellow experts.
